Writing, Encourage A Style

Sharing the Written Word: This may be an unconventional way to evaluate a style, but, The Women of Faith Daily Devotional contains the most interesting and important components of writing, editing and flare. I refer to it often to remind me what style can be.

The pages have yellowed, the cover looks like it has been devoured by my friendly house mouse. Despite its condition it is a compendium of laughter, enjoyable reading and a valuable tutor.

This book is quick read on a daily basis, and an encouraging word. That is not the reason I am mentioning it. The editing and layout is good. It is filled with satire, with the intent to bring around improvement or just to have a good belly laugh. It comes metaphorically alive. It covers a vast amount of subject matter woven into short tales. A writing treasure indeed.

The writers are acknowledged authors and speakers such as Pasty Clairmont, Marilyn Meberg, Barbara Johnson, Sheila Walsh, Thelma Wells and, Luci Swindoll - Author and business executive of Moibil Oil Corporation. ...The names don't have to mean anything. What is important is the way in which they write, that brings everything to life. One can identify, envision it, and have a laugh.

Sit down in Border's with a cup of coffee, take a look and see if it is of any value to you.
