Blogging Manners: What's Your Problem?

It is amazing, what we do to ourselves and others in the course of daily living. This is in response to a couple of e-mails by bloggers, who have experienced some rude blogging manners buy others.

Does anyone care anymore for the idea of respecting another's opinion or value sincere efforts? Does everything have to be a political statement or a ridiculous game of cat and mouse?

Why do we have to take everything so seriously? Can't we allow for different points of views without belittling, or making off colored remarks. What is the pain you feel that causes you to lash out. The pain within of jealousies or frustrations isn't going to hurt anyone unless they allow it to. So why waste your energy on attacking and acting in a way that makes you appear less than you probably are. Attacking does no more than bring a temporal satisfaction. It can make one look foolish and takes away from the credibility we as humans seek and the willingness of acceptance by our pears and those we meet along the way.

The strange reality in life is ... you never know down the road, who will be at the other end. It just might be the one individual who has the capability to make major contributions to your life that you slighted or have given a hard time to.

If your that upset, hit your keyboard and let loose. Then read it as many times as you need to and dump it in file 13 ... the nearest trash can. You'll feel so much better, and no one will know, you made a fool out of yourself. -- You are truly special, our higher power says so. Respect yourself enough not to lower your standards as a human being, and your opportunity to be acknowledged as a potentially good or even great writer.
