Hillbillies, With A Truck In Every Driveway
Rebuttal to: "Letters to the Editor" Anytown, U.S.A. A response to a poor unhappy and angry soul.
We may have trucks in every driving way, but we also have Mustangs, Mercedes and Corvettes in the garage! Those "hillbilly" trucks service our lives and help run our businesses that construct the homes like the one you live in.
These "hillbillies" in the countryside, not only have degrees, but also a "master" or two. Do we have titles? ... Yes, we do. Do we know people? ... Yes, from here to Washington, D.C. Do we have to prove anything? ... No we don't!
We're the different generations, who struggled and fought the Establishment so you and your loving family would have an opportunity to have your American Dream. You are here because we, and those like us made this town what it is today; that's what attracted you in the first place. We all gave back with the hope that our children like yours, would grown up in a better and very special place ... the "Home of Proud Americans."
